According to subsection (1) or (2) of section 13 of the Act, before selling goods or services produced by the industry in the domestic market of Nepal, the following matters regarding such goods or services should be given to the authority in the format determined by the opening authority:-
(a) If the industry has purchased any raw material or product from the domestic market, details of the quantity, price and supplier of such material or product,
(b) Total quantity of goods and services produced/produced by the company,
(c) if exported, the total quantity of goods or services exported,
(d) Total quantity of goods or services to be sold in the domestic market (g) Reasons to sell in the domestic market,
(f) - details of the production of such goods or services and the details of the goods related to the imported products, if any exemptions or facilities have been obtained,
(g) Production date and batch number of goods or services to be sold in the domestic market (h) Details showing the factory price in case of goods produced by industry and the price excluding any tax or duty in case of services.
